 Here are the simple and easy rules, just follow them and you'll be fine.  I will be checking if you have the code up from time to time.  Anyways here you go.

1. You got to be a fan Cyprine.  You got to be a fan of Ptilol.  Why else are you here?  ^_^.

2. You do not need a website to join.

3. Please don't tell me your name is Usagi Tsukino or Minako Aino.  I don't mind nicknames, but don't tell me you're the character!  I will change the name to anonymous. 

4. If you do have a website you must place one of the CODES on your site before you fill the Join Form.

5. If you site contains porn, warez, illegal materials, content that is racist, sexist, promotes hatred and/or violence, or other offensive material, your URL will not be listed on this site.
