Appearance: Summer sticks out quite a bit with her vivid dark red eyes and her shoulder length green hair which she often pulls back into two low pigtails. Her bangs though slightly long, go past her eyes when left to themselves. Summer justs parts them and ignores the fact they get in her eyes on very windy days. 

For build, Summer is 5'7", weighs 165 pounds and doesn't care that she isn't skinny, but she considers herself curvy. Though she is quite sensitive about her huge feet(size 11 1/2), often hiding them in brown boots. She usually wears clothes that make her feel comfortable, typically jeans and t-shirts with adorable cartoonish characters on them, and on occasion kakis and long sweaters, if the weather calls for it. Summer isn't too terribly interested in fashion, and amongst her friends she is told she dresses like a bum out of them.

As for other details, Summer does have a wide array of hair accessories from cute barrettes to scrunchies. She also wears her henshin bracelt on her left hand and is never seen without wearing tiny red stud earrings. 

Personality: Summer is outgoing, slightly bossy, impatient and rash to judge things before she learns all the details. She loves to live life in the moment and takes things as they come. With that philosophy Summer usually finds a way to hang out with her friends when she isn't studying or working at her job at the local coffee house. Her field of study? Why accounting of course. Summer just adores this field that many find boring. She's also very proud to be a student at her local community college where she has paid partly for, and her mother the other half.

When she isn't at school or working (which she hates, but loves spending her paycheck) Summer often hangs out at the park to watch birds. She's obsessed with the creatures and daydreams to fly with them. She's also an avid Mariners fan and rare occasions (if she has the money or if she goes with her parents) she'll catch a game. Otherwise Summer will spend her free time with Sara and Colleen her two best friends since high school.

Family
Mother: Sandra Rue, a web page designer by day and a mother by night! Summer and her mother get along very well. They often have Mommy-Daughter night every Tuesday, where they go to the movies, discuss a book or play Monopoly.
Father: Chance Rue, a car salesman that is very sarcastic about the world. He and Summer often poke fun of the business world. Summer is close to her dad as well as her mom.
Siblings: Jonathan Rue age 27 is Summer's older brother who visits once in a blue moon. He lives in San Francisco as a Civil Engineer. Summer doesn't think of him to often, unless he sends her an email...when he usually pokes fun of her somehow.
Pet: Beatle, her hamster. He's actually her guardian and more info on him in the Senshi section.

Henshin information

Henshin Item: A thin green wired bracelet with a small silver amulet in the center that has her symbol on it. To the right and left side of the amulet are two short thin green ribbons that sparkle in the night.

Henshin description: Raising up her left hand in front of her face(the palm towards her face), Summer yells "Helix power makeup!" initiating the henshin sequence. Her bracelet on her left hand then glows and emulates a dark green light that encompasses her entire body in the color and her clothes have dissolved. Zooming in back on her hand and her face, we see the bracelet dissolve as her symbol flies above her head, while the ribbons enlarge and covers her face. Zooming out we see her back and four ribbons wrapping around her and disappearing to reveal her sailor fuku. The camera goes to her face, and as she opens her eyes, the camera pans back to show her standing tall while grinning. Then her symbol flies right through her and ends up behind her. She poses.

Fuku description: Basically like the image. Sailor Helix has a straight tiara, like all the Nebula senshi, with a green jewel in the center. She has a criss-cross green chocker, that matches her green sailor collar that has one white stripe on it. The collar is attached to a red bow that looks more like thin flattened butterfly wings. 

In the center of the bow is a three piece broach, that has a large center orb, and two smaller orbs below it on each side. The upper part of her fuku is white, that flares out at the bottom to reveal a slight part of her midriff. As it flares out, it tucks into a red thicker part of the fuku. 

The second piece of the outfit has a red belt with white orbs dangling onto part of her short mini green skirt. Under the skirt we see she is wearing Arabian style white pants with a hint of sea green that billow out in a flare fashion into another red section with dangling white orbs. Then we see her ankles, and adorned on her feet are green ballerina styled shoes that have a white orb on the top of it. Helix also has gloves that go slightly above the wrist, with two rims of green padding. As for accessories, Sailor Helix has white orb earrings, and red hair ties to hold up her pigtails. 

Attack and source of Power information 

Power information: Being the a senshi of the Helix Nebula, gives her source of power in comets. The nebula itself a giant gaseous cloud with tons of gaseous knots that look like comet tails. Lookie here at a website talking about this Nebula, hence the name of her attack. 

Being a senshi of the Helix Nebula and the Leader of the Nebula Senshi, Sailor Helix specializes in one attack, that is perfected to precise measures. Even though it is the most powerful attack out of all the senshi in the nebulas, it gets weaker, the further away she is from her home Nebula. Even at her strongest though, Sailor Helix's power is considerably weaker than Sailor Moon's and her ginzuishou.

Attack: "Helix gossmar nuclei" Sailor Helix after yelling her attack phrase out then raises her left hand with just her pinky and index finger extended (the other two fingers being held down her thumb) and above the raised fingers, two small green and red orbs form. She then swiftly lowers her arm, and points at her opponent, shooting the two orbs. The orbs quickly form comet tails that stream out, and then criss-cross forming a helix (ie DNA chainish looking) and they hit the opponent. Typically this will destroy the enemy in a flash, but if her power is extremely weak, it will stun them greatly like a taser blast.

Past History
Data is missing except the small entry below.  (I don't want to give this plot away)

All was well for Summer, now known as Sailor Helix, until a dark gelatinous blob with no real shape or form started to eat the Nebulas. Sailor Helix and the Nebula Senshi went out to destroy it, but they vanished....

Present History: Summer Rue is a 20 year girl living in Seattle WA struggling with college, her job and social life. She loves they way things are going, and is just overall average.

That is until one day she rescues a hamster from being a stray cat's meal in back of her work place. As she takes the poor little fellow home, and he tells her his name. Naturally Summer is very disturbed to learn he can talk, and more disturbed when he tells her she is a Sailor Senshi who needs to find her Nebula Senshi and help Sailor Moon regain her memory and fight a thing called Dark Matter that has eaten several planets in the outer solar system.

Special Markings: He has strange little black hair on his head...that looks like "The Beatles" type hairstyle.

Summer has a cute little guardian hamster named Beatle. He can practically follow her anywhere, without getting noticed. He usually hides in her purse.

Beatle is in actually one of her past superiors who has travel far and wide to find her. He is the one who helps her discovers her past and tells her of her current mission. He also tells Luna and Artemis of the impending doom that is approaching their Solar System.

There is more to Beatle than meets the eye. He gets extremely frustrated with Summer, because she isn't the obedient little cadet she used to be, and well...he's also impatient.
