Appearance: Rain has short to medium blonde hair that reaches her shoulders. Her bangs aren't that long that reach her eyes, also her bangs has a middle part. She has teal eyes that are very sophisticate looking. Her skin is more of an medium tan color as she tends to tan quite often. 

For build, Rain is 5'10", and weighs 130 pounds. She is obsessed with weight and is constantly counting calories to try to remain thin. She wears very chic clothes outside of work, looking like trend setter. At work she wears simple yet elegant skirt and pantsuits. Rain is very into her looks and cares very much of what people think of her. 

As for other details, Rain has a wide variety of accessories, including boots, socks, stockings and tons of costume jewelry. She always matches and has earrings and necklaces for every occasion. The only piece of jewelry she wears constantly is transformation bracelet on her left hand. 

Personality: Rain is smart, elegant and vain. She's an English teacher at a local High school, and getting the latest fashion on her salary is very hard for her. Besides knowing English, she also knows French and some Japanese, this is due to her father being and the Army and her being 'an army brat' she has lived in a variety of places and picked up the language quite easily. Rain is very understanding, and kind though she is very into her looks and tends to get depressed easily. She does love teaching and is very happy to do so, yet she feels there is more to her life than what she has. She feels very lonely at times, and often covers this up with her obsession with fashion and trying to look good. Her friends love Rain for her strange humor and the way she becomes spastic when she sees something overpriced. 

When she isn't at work Rain hangs out at local hot spots with her friends, from shopping to going to the local bars. Rain herself has never had much of a love life and her friends constantly try to pair her up with a friend of a friend. Rain gets depressed thinking that there isn't the right man out there for her. When she is alone she tends to eat a lot, then freak out and ends up at the gym to try to work it off. Otherwise she spends time at school helping her students.

This tends to make people stay away from her and then this goes in hand with her getting depressed.

Hobbies: Fashion. She loves fashion and often goes to the most expensive stores just to see what is 'in' for the season. Besides fashion, Rain loves going out on the town with her friends and hanging out at local cool restaurants and bars. She also studies different languages in her spare time, because she wishes to be an interpreter one day. 

Family:
Mother: Alicia Ojos is Rain's mother. She is a happy but bossy lady that stays at home and takes care of Rain's two younger sisters. Her mother constantly nags at Rain to get married and give her some grandchildren. Rain gets annoyed but loves her Mama very much.
Father: Javier Ojos, Violet's father who is an airplane mechanic for the Air force. In his younger days he used to move a lot from country to country with the Air force, but now he stays in Madrid trying to promote people to join the air force. He and Rain get along really well and he helps instilled her love of language.
Siblings: One older sibling and 2 younger siblings, all who are her sisters. The older one Elisa, is into marketing and is engaged. Rain doesn't get along well with her because they tend to compete to be the perfect daughter. Elisa is two years older than Rain. Her younger sisters are Isabel and Felicitas. Isabel is ten years younger than Rain and is in Rain's class. She always helps her little sister with her homework and tries to help her steer away from the wrong crowd. The youngest sister Felicitas is 13 and also loves fashion. She often hangs out with Rain on the weekends trying to go shopping with her.

Henshin information

Henshin Item: A teal bracelet that is connected by small teal fishes. In the center is a teal amulet with her symbol on it. The bracelet is always worn on her left hand and tends to match every outfit she wears, even if it isn't teal.

Henshin description: Putting her left arm and hand as a fist in her face, Rain yells "Lagoon Power Makeup!" initiating the henshin sequence. Her bracelet turns into water and the fishes on it enlarge and zoom out to eat Rain. Zooming out we see the fishes turn into water, to reveal a teal silhouette of Rain. The color has array of fishes in it and as they burst out we see the back of Lagoon and her fuku appearing. The camera turns around to show her entire fuku formed, and as it zooms out her symbol flies through her and ends up behind her. She poses elegantly. 

Fuku description: Basically like the image. Sailor Lagoon has a straight tiara, like all the Nebula senshi, with a blue jewel in the center. She wears a blue chocker that has a dewdrop stone on it. Her teal sailor collar that has one white stripe on it. The collar is attached to a blue bow that looks more like thin flattened butterfly wings. In the center of the bow is a teal three piece broach, that has a large center orb, and two smaller orbs below it on each side. The upper part of her fuku is white and fans out like a trench coat that reaches her calves. The upper part of the white fuku fans out at her midriff to reveal a teal short mini skirt.

We also see she is wearing boots that reach her mid calf. The boots themselves are teal army styled boots that are laced up with blue ribbon. Above the boot is some blue ribbon that criss crosses just an inch below her knees. Her gloves very high starting about two inches from her shoulders. She has three wing like teal pads on each one. As for accessories, Sailor Lagoon has dewdrop styled earrings and also a dewdrop jewel on her chocker, all of which are blue.

Attack and source of Power information: 

Power information: Being the a senshi of the Lagoon Nebula, gives her power with hydrogen. The nebula itself an active stellar nursery and has range of filaments of glowing hydrogen gas. The nebula is in the constellation Sagittarius and close to the Trifid nebula but much brighter. Lookie here at a website talking about this Nebula.

From this information, her attack derives from her Nebula. Being a Nebula Senshi, Sailor Lagoon specializes in one attack to follow Sailor Helix's example and make her attack to absolute perfection. Sailor Lagoon uses a defense and offense attack at the same time, making it slightly more weaker than both her team, but her ability to find her enemy's weak spot makes up for her weaker attack. Just like the others her attack gets weaker, the further away she is from her home Nebula. 

Attack: "Lagoon luminous hydrogen!" Sailor Lagoon after yelling her attack phrase out puts her left index finger to her lips and closes her eyes. A small light forms from her finger and floats above her head. Lagoon then raises both her arms as she hurls this teal light to the sky. The sky erupts and sends a blast of very bright teal rain down on her opponent. The attack usually freezes the opponent in liquid hydrogen and if they are very weak, they shatter instantly. Otherwise the remain frozen for about 30seconds, and while frozen usually a bright spot appears where they are weakest. Sailor Lagoon takes this time to tell her teammates, and they in turn can destroy it. Sometimes she can't find the spot, because the opponent is too strong.

While being at the Hourglass Nebula talking with Epsilon about the constellation, Rain received a trouble message from her Nebula. She went home to learn about a hideous gelatinous blob that has eaten the Bubble Nebula and is getting closer to the Veil Nebula. She set out with her leader Sailor Helix and the other Nebula Senshi to destroy it, but they vanished....


Present History: Rain Ojos is a fashion obsessed adult trying to make her life more exciting than teaching. She often hangs out with her friends, talks to her family and does her lesson plans. Lonely often, Rain will pig out and then feel guilty about it later, going to the gym to try to work it off. She calculates the calories of the foods she has eaten, feeling bad, but eating it anyway. She usually doesn't eat very much, unless when she is alone. Rain has a poor love life and gets annoyed with guys her friends have picked out, especially when they think she is just a dumb pretty woman. She desperately wants a change of scenery and is planning a vacation to some place. She has a feeling all the time that there is more to her life than this and feels that she has done much better, doesn't recall when.

This has been her typical life, until one day when her and her best friend were walking get attacked by a strange looking man. Rain feels that she has met this man before and as she tries to protect her friend, she fails...knowing that there is more she can do to help but she doesn't know what.
